Our friends the Mayans have predicted Doomsday to be December 21, 2012. What could be more appropriate than Lexington Happy Hour introducing you to the worlds strongest beer, appropriately named, Armageddon.
Armageddon is crafted in Scotland by a small craft brewery, Brewmeister. Despite being 65%, this beer has lots of flavour. That’s right 130 proof Beer! Typical commercial beers in the United States range in alcohol content from 3-7% some reach the 10% range but 65% is unheard of. Despite the high alcohol content Brewmeister claims the beer is still slightly sweet, hoppy, malty and retains much of the yeast present during fermentation. Bottles are conditioned but we recommend people drink this in 35ml measures. So drink with friends to save it going flat.
