National Scotch Day is July 27th. Scotch Whiskey is malt whisky or grain whisky made in Scotland. All Scotch whisky was originally made from malt barley. Commercial distilleries began introducing whisky made from wheat and rye in the late eighteenth century.1
Many of you may not enjoy the taste of scotch and it can be tricky to mix, but when it’s done right, a Scotch cocktail can really enjoyable.
